1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

4. SMS PROGRAM – DESCRIPTION & USE CASES

By opting in to our SMS program through our website form, you consent to receive text messages from Steamline Group LLC and/or on behalf of the dealerships we serve for:

  • Customer Support: Responding to inquiries and providing assistance.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Confirming, reminding, or rescheduling service appointments or consultations.
  • Transactional Updates: Status updates on service requests, vehicle service, or business inquiries.
  • Lead Follow-Up: Following up on inquiries or interest in supported dealerships.
  • Informational Messaging & Marketing: Relevant updates, offers, or inventory specials (with explicit consent).

5. SMS MESSAGING TERMS

  • Message Frequency: Varies based on your interactions. You may receive multiple messages per week.
  • Charges: Standard message and data rates may apply. Steamline Group LLC is not responsible for incurred charges.
  • Opt-Out: Text STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation.
  • Help: Text HELP for assistance, or contact support@steamlinegroup.com.
  • Consent & Third Parties: SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. OPT-IN PROCESS

You consent to receive SMS communications by completing our contact form and explicitly checking the SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default. By checking the box and submitting the form, you confirm you are the owner or authorized user of the number and consent to the communications described in Section 4.
